The  2 Days Trip from Marrakech to Merzouga is the preferred tour for short vacationers. Itinerary

Day 1 : Marrakech – High Atlas mountains – Ouarzazate – Merzouga Desert

Your 2 Day Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga will start with pick up by your driver from Tawada Travels company. At your hotel/riad in Marrakech early in the morning and depart to the High Atlas mountains. Going through Tizi N´Tichka port. With stops for panoramic views and taking pictures of the Berber villages and its beautiful landscape. Then we continue to Ait ben Haddou (fortified village) declared world heritage site by unesco since 1986. Many famous films were recorded in this spectacular place such as : Game of thrones, Gladiator, The Jewel of the Nile. The Mummy …ect our trip continues to Ouarzazate also known as “The gate of the desert” that in Berber language means “noiseless. Here we´ll see the Taourirt kasbah one of the most spectacular ksars in Morocco.

The next site to see is Rose Valley. Going through the big Skoura palm grove a beautiful place to contemplate countless palms and numerous kasbahs that are built in the surrounding area we’ll stops for lunch. We’ll pass by Dades & Todra valleys ,Tinejdad , Touroug and then we continue our way to the desert to reach the stunning dunes of Merzouga where we´ll experience the Camel trekking through the golden Erg Chebbi desert with a break to watch incredible sunset over the dunes, try Sandbaording in the sand if you are interested, enjoy the beautiful landscapes… until the sun goes down then continue to Berber Camp Merzouga where you will be greeted with a glas of mint tea and relax till dinner time, after that there will be some traditional berber drumming music around the fire, admire a beautiful starry sky and then sleep nomadic tented camp.

Day 2 : Erg Chebbi – Draa Valley – Agdez – Anti atlas – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

As you are already in the desert. It worth to awake up early morning to watch the Sunrise in the desert. To contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you have ever seen at the top of a dune near the camp. After these lovely moments you will have delicious breakfast and take shower at the camp. After that you will ride your camels or we can transfer you by our 4WD back to the original meeting location. Where you will meet your driver and start our journey back to Marrakech through different road where you will see “acacia” typical tree of this landscapes on the way to the Draa valley. We´ll make some stops to enjoy the beautiful views of the river that gives name to the valley. Its the longest river in Morocco.

Our trip continues towards Ouarzazate going through the Anti Atlas. We´ll have some free time for lunch in town and in the afternoon. We start off our road to Marrakech drop off you at your hotel and our marrakech to merzouga tour 2 days ends.

    Recuerdos increíbles, viaje inolvidable. Las montañas del Atlas, el desfiladero del Dades, un paseo en camello por el desierto y una noche en un campamento de lujo. Ibrahim fue divertido y sorprendente. Recomiendo encarecidamente este viaje para una escapada corta de fin de semana a un precio increíble para una estancia de 2 días.
